Every QEE activation and QCU issuance is attested on the Vogon ProofDB using SPHINCS+ post-quantum digital signatures. This creates an immutable, tamper-evident record of product delivery and ongoing operation.

All VOGON instrument records are hash-chained (SHA-256 content addressing with previous-hash linking). This provides a verifiable chain of custody from purchase through activation to ongoing operation.

Customers can verify their product delivery and operation status at any time through the QSA Instrument Dashboard, which displays real-time telemetry, QCU generation, and VOGON records.

Heart Core Technologies maintains a customer portal showing all licensed Quantum Execution Engines, their delivery status, activation dates, and links to the live QSA dashboard for each QEE.

License Key Traceability

Every license key is unique, tied to a specific B58 address and QEE ID, and recorded in the Heart Core Technologies order management system with full audit trail.

Reseller Attribution

When purchases are made through reseller referral links, the attribution is recorded with the order, providing a complete chain from distributor to customer to product delivery.

Customer Instructions: Where to Find Your QEE Software

After purchase, customers access their software and manage their nodes through these channels.

1. Check Your Email

Order confirmation, license key, and download link are delivered to the email address provided at purchase. Subject line: "Heart Core Technologies: Your QSA License".

2. Log Into the Customer Portal

Visit heartcore.tech/portal to view your licensed Quantum Execution Engines, download software, and track delivery status. Your portal account is created automatically at purchase.

3. Download & Install

Use the download link from your email or portal to obtain the QSA software package. Follow the included installation guide for your specific tier (Sprite, Centro, or Titan).

4. Activate Your Node

Run the activation command with your license key: `quantumvm activate --key HCT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXX`. QEE activation is confirmed on the Vogon ProofDB.

5. Monitor Your Dashboard

Once activated, your QSA Instrument Dashboard (port 3087) displays real-time telemetry, QCU generation, VOGON records, and QEE health across 7 monitoring tabs.
